Saint John's On The Lake has been serving seniors for over 135 years. One of the greatest assets in our long history has been our employees. Our team of professionals provides the finest medical care and services for residents in our Retirement Community.
We take pride in our welcoming atmosphere and training to prepare our employees for outstanding customer service and care. Our location makes it easy for commuting. We are located on bus route #30. In addition to our caring environment, we offer a competitive benefit package.

Employee appreciation events are scheduled throughout the year. They include holiday and theme parties or potluck, BBQ's, and a catered lunch during the holiday season with door prizes and a gift of appreciation from Saint John's and its residents. Saint John's On The Lake also has employee wellness programs such as massage therapy, cholesterol testing and counseling, money management seminars, etc.
Employees participate in community events such as the Alzheimer's Walk and Food for Families Annual Drive. They are honored for their dedication, customer service skills and years of employment.
