Maintenance Communications Specialist (starting wage $22.32/hr.)

Full-Time / 1st Shift

Maintenance Communication Specialist serves as an information hub of the Facilities department primarily serving the Maintenance team with secondary support of Housekeeping and Information Technology.

  • Requires a High school diploma or GED.
  • Must be able to read, speak and write English.
  • Must be professional in actions, attire appropriate to the position, excellent customer service skills, and desire to work with and serve elders as well as members of the Facilities team.
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for basic maintenance functions, ability to analyze situations and to determine proper course of action
  • Demonstrate ability to understand and utilize maintenance and scheduling software, data entry, word processing, and working knowledge of other various office equipment.
