Saint_John's Communities Foundation Funds
The Foundation is a charitable organization with a purpose to solicit, hold, manage, invest and expend endowed funds to benefit of Saint_John's Communities and to support its programs and activities. Support our Funds:
General Endowment Fund is an important sustainer to our community by making annual unrestricted distributions to the general budget.
Directors Fund for Charitable Care is an endowed fund that provides support for residents whose personal resources can no longer fully cover their residence costs.
LifeStreams Endowment Fund sustains resources to deepen and broaden the quality of cultural, educational, wellness and WOW programming within Saint_John's.
Scholarship Endowment Fund provides annual financial awards to individual employees for continuation of educational pursuits for the field of healthcare or career-building.
Angela Titus Scholarship Fund for Dementia Education provides annual financial awards to support training of staff in best practices of dementia care.
Garden & Nature Endowment Fund supports outdoor ‘curb appeal’ expenses, the bee project, the butterfly garden and landscaping needs.
Albert O. Nicholas Chaplaincy Endowment Fund provides resources to assure the continuing presence of a full-time Episcopal Chaplain within our community.
Albert O. Nicholas Chapel Music Endowment Fund provides financial support for the provision of musical enrichment of the worship experience in the Saint_John's Chapel.
Saint_John's Communities Funds
Financial contributions to Communities support our mission to enrich the lives of older adults through gracious retirement living, spiritual growth, cultural and educational opportunities and residential health care services. Our funds:
Annual Fund provides unrestricted support for general operations.
Capital Projects Fund supports acquisitions of new equipment and renovation projects.
Symposium Fund supports our annual conference presenting best practices on aging well that features nationally-recognized experts.
Employee Holiday Fund provides a holiday party and appreciation bonus check for each employee of Saint_John's.
