Saint John’s Institute on Aging is a venture of Saint John’s On The Lake. The latter organization was founded in 1868 by a group of philanthropic minded women of the Episcopal Church to provide shelter for church members in need. Over the years the organization grew to advance well-being for over 400 individuals at our campus in Milwaukee. In recognition of Saint John’s 150th Anniversary in 2018, Saint John’s Communities Foundation provided seed funds to develop the institute in support of its commitment to the same quality of life for older adults throughout Milwaukee County.
All older adults throughout Milwaukee County will thrive physically, intellectually, emotionally, socially and spiritually.
We partner with older adults facing poverty, discrimination and chronic health conditions throughout Milwaukee County through collaborative, community-based and evidence-based opportunities to enrich the physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual dimensions of their lives.
