  • Must have Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from an Accredited College or University, Master of Science in Nursing, Health Care Administration or other healthcare related field preferred.
  • Must have a valid and current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin.
  • Must have at least five years of clinical leadership experience in large, complex settings serving older populations.
  • Understands State and Federal regulations for all levels within the continuum of care sufficiently to assure regulatory compliance;
      • Skilled Nursing – DHS 132, Federal regulations under 42 CFR Part 483, Subpart B;

JOB OBJECTIVE

The MDS/Restorative Nurse is responsible for the system to achieve accurate and timely submissions of MDS data and implementing and sustaining Restorative Nursing plans for residents as indicated by their conditions.  Through demonstrated leadership designs these systems to assure that all State and Federal regulations for skilled care are met. Follows all Saint John’s policies, procedures and established standards of care. Qualifications:

Responsible for the beautification, development and maintenance of all the Saint John’s grounds and property.  This includes prominent flower gardens, vegtrugs, shrubs & trees, recreational plaza & patios, dog run, and paved surfaces. Works cooperatively with, and provides support to, retired residents desiring to participate in gardening activities.  Assists the Maintenance Department with projects and support.  Duties are done according to all State/Federal regulations/codes and Saint John's policies, procedures, and practices.  Works together with all members of the community to uphold and further the mission, vision, principles and values of the Saint John's Community.

  • Must possess a passion for all things horticultural and have a career mindset for this work.
  • Associates degree in Horticulture or certified as a Master Gardener.
  • Minimum of two years of general landscaping experience and can demonstrate organization and problem solving skills along with careful attention to detail. 
  • Must have valid WI driver’s license in good standing.
