- Must be experienced in the supervision of others.

Resident Assistant
Resident Assistant - CNA - Skilled Nursing (starting wage $20.23/hr)

- Must have HS Diploma or GED
- Must have at least 3 months of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a hospital, skilled nursing, assisted living or home health agency work experience with the geriatric population.

- Must have 2 years’ experience in a fine dining or healthcare environment with demonstrated skill in quality meal production.
- Must have or obtain within 6 months of hire from the National Restaurant Association “Servsafe” Certification
Cook - Care Center (starting wage $18.54/hr)
Full Time / 1st Shift
- Associate Degree in Culinary Arts or two years of education from an Accredited College or equivalent training. Chef Certification preferred.
- Must have 2 years experience as a restaurant/healthcare line cook or environment with demonstrated skill in quality meal production, baking and knowledge of quality standards.
- Must have or obtain within 3 months of hire from the National Restaurant Association “Servsafe” Certification.

- Must become CBRF certified within 90 days of employment.

Physical Therapist – PRN – $51.50/hr
1st Shift / PRN
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate physical therapy degree or graduate of a World Federation of Physical Therapy-approved physical therapy program; successful completion of a minimum of 30 weeks, fieldwork experience.
- Successful completion of APTA Certification Examination for Physical Therapist. Current Wisconsin licensure as a physical therapist in good standing.
- Must have CPR/First Aid certifications or become certified in first 6 months of employment.
