Concierge/CNA – Independent Living
Part-time (Approx. 20 hrs/wk between 8am-3pm); and Pool positions available (4pm-8pm)
Requires WI Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification; Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive residents to appointments; and Experience interacting with/assisting older adults with personal care, errands, and leisure activities.
Must have High School Diploma/GED and the ability to work every other weekend. CBRF certification preferable.
CNA – Skilled Care – PT
.6 on 2nd Shift Or .8 on 3rd Shift
Must have WI Nursing Assistant Certification; and at least 1 year nursing home CNA experience. Requires a HS Diploma/GED.
CNA with CBRF – Assisted Living
Internal Pool (11pm-7am, 6:30am-10:30am OR 6pm-10pm)
Must have WI CNA Certification, CBRF Certifications, at least 1 year experience in skilled nursing and a HS Diploma/GED.
LPN – Skilled Nursing – PT
1st Shift .6; 2nd Shift .6; Or 3rd Shift .4
Must have WI LPN License, CPR Certification, and at least 1 year experience in geriatric nursing.
RN – Skilled Care
PT - 2nd Shift(.7) or PT - 1st Shift (.5)
Requires WI RN License; CPR Certification and 1 year experience in geriatric nursing.
Cook / Baker
Cook – FT
11:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
- High School Diploma or GED.Associate Degree in Culinary Arts or two years of education from an Accredited College or equivalent training. Chef Certification preferred.
- Must have 2 years’ experience in a fine dining or healthcare environment with demonstrated skill in quality meal production.
- Must have or obtain within 6 months of hire from the National Restaurant Association “Servsafe” Certification.
Homemaker / Dining
FT or PT 7am-6:30pm
Requires 1 year experience cooking/serving food in a health care, hotel or other related setting. CBRF certification preferred. Must have a HS Diploma/GED.
Senior Human Resources Generalist
Full Time - Day Shift
Requires Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a healthcare setting; and experience with payroll, benefits, recruiting, applicant tracking, safety, and employee relations.
Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and excellent customer service skills; and experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Paylocity payroll/HRIS preferred.
Full Time 1st Shift
Requires 1 year experience working with older adults in social and recreation programs. Skills in movement therapy for dance are desirable. Must become CPR and CBRF certification within 9 months of employment. Must become CNA certified within 12-18 months of employment. Requires High School diploma or GED.
