Nursing Staff

LPN

LPN - Pool (starting wage $34.25/hr)

Pool

  • Must be a graduate from an accredited practical nurse program currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Wisconsin
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in a geriatric/rehabilitation setting and be able to demonstrate current knowledge of basic nursing theory and practice.
  • Must be experienced in the supervision of others.
  • Must be CPR certified.

Resident Assistant

Resident Assistant - CNA - Skilled Nursing (starting wage $20.23/hr)

Part-Time/Full-Time (various shifts available) 

  • Must have HS Diploma or GED
  • Must have at least 3 months of experience as a Certified Nursing  Assistant in a hospital, skilled nursing, assisted living or home health agency work experience with the geriatric population.

RN

RN (starting wage $42.25/hr)

Various Shifts Available

  • Requires WI RN License
  • CPR Certification
  • 1 year experience in geriatric nursing

 

RN Supervisor - Skilled Nursing (starting wage $40.46 with 2 years experience, pay rate is higher with years of experience)

Full-Time, 3rd Shift

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of WI. Bachelor's of Science in Nursing preferred.
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in geriatric/rehabilitation setting. One year acute medical/surgical hospital experience preferred.
  • Must have one year experience in the supervision of others in a healthcare setting.
  • Must be CPR certified.
  • Must be able to read, speak and write English.

Registered Nurse (starting wage is $39.22/hr)

Part-Time / 1st Shift (.6)

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

  • Must have a current Registered Nurse License

  • Must have 2 years of experience in geriatric/ rehabilitation setting

  • Must have a current CPR Card

Dining and Hospitality

Banquet Wait Staff

Banquet Wait Staff (paying $25/hr)

Pool / on an as needed basis Monday-Sunday

  • Must have at least 6 months Wait Staff experience in a restaurant setting
  • Must have customer service mind-set at a high-end level
  • Must perform gracious table service

Cook

Taylor's Cook - Fine Dining (starting wage $19.25/hr)

Full-Time, 1st Shift

  • High School Diploma or GED.  Associate degree in culinary arts or two years of education from an Accredited College or equivalent training.  Chef Certification preferred.
  •  Must have 2 years’ experience in a fine dining or healthcare environment with demonstrated skill in quality meal production.
  • Must have or obtain within 6 months of hire from the National Restaurant Association “Servsafe” Certification

 

Cook - Care Center (starting wage $18.54/hr)

Full Time / 1st Shift

  • Associate Degree in Culinary Arts or two years of education from an Accredited College or equivalent training. Chef Certification preferred.
  • Must have 2 years experience as a restaurant/healthcare line cook or environment with demonstrated skill in quality meal production, baking and knowledge of quality standards.
  • Must have or obtain within 3 months of hire from the National Restaurant Association “Servsafe” Certification.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to comprehend and follow established procedures and a range of verbal/written instructions with a high degree of accuracy, judgment, and decision making to organize and manage workflow.
  • Must read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner.
  • Must demonstrate dependability and excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be honest, exhibit a warm, cheerful, caring manner and be regularly at work, on time, as scheduled.
  • Must have the ability to adapt to changing organizational needs, work flexible hours to meet the scheduling requirements.
  • Must be professional in actions, neat uniform appropriate to the position, excellent customer service skill, and desire to work with and serve older adults.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to comprehend and follow established procedures, be able to multi- task, be able to work independently and perform various duties without close supervision.

Wait Staff

Dietary Aide / Server - Care Center (starting wage $15.00/hr)

Part-Time, 2nd Shift

  • Must be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate or have a G.E.D.
  • At least 3 to 6 months of restaurant/cooking experience.
  • Must demonstrate dependability and excellent communication and problem solving skills, be honest, exhibit a warm, cheerful, caring manner and be regularly at work, on time, as scheduled.
  •  Must have the ability to adapt to changing organizational needs, work flexible hours to meet the scheduling requirements.

Fine Dining Server - Taylor's (starting wage $15.56/hr)

2nd Shift / Part-Time and Pool

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • At least 3 to 6 months of restaurant/cooking experience preferred.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to comprehend and follow established procedures and a range of verbal/written instructions with a high degree of accuracy. Must read, write and speak English in an understandable manner.

Maintenance / Grounds

Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager

1st Shift / Full-Time

  • High school diploma or GED with some technical college or college course work.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a service orientated trade or position.
  • Must have and maintain a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License.
  • Must be certified in Facilities Management or Maintenance Management supervision or acquire within one (1) year of employment or possess a minimum of three (3) years’ proven experience in a facilities or maintenance related field.

    

Support Staff

Receptionist

Receptionist - Resident Service Specialist (starting wage: $16.96/hr)

Every Other Weekend, 2nd Shift (2pm–9pm)

  • Must be a High school graduate or GED; college coursework or degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year experience in customer services and/or with multi-line telephone systems.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook.

 

LifeStreams

LifeStreams Associate

Pool

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must have at least one year of experience working with older adults in social and recreation programs.
  • Must become CBRF certified within 90 days of employment.
  • Must demonstrate understanding of the needs of physically and/or cognitively impaired older adults and demonstrate a desire to work with and serve older adults.
  • Must be able to read, speak articulately and write English in a clear, understandable manner.
  • Must be professional in actions, have excellent communication, customer relations and problem-solving skills and exhibit a warm, cheerful, caring manner.
  • Must demonstrate dependability, be honest, be regularly at work, on time, as scheduled and wear neat attire appropriate to the position.
  • Must have the ability to adapt to changing organizational needs and be willing to work flexible hours to meet the scheduling requirements. 
  • Must demonstrate the ability to comprehend and follow established procedures, be able to multi- task, be able to work independently and perform various duties without close supervision

Speech Pathologist

Speech Language Pathologist – PRN – $50/hour

1st Shift / PRN

  • Must have a Master of Science in Speech Pathology
  • Must have CPR certification within first 6 months of employment
  • Must have clinical competence for Speech Pathology granted by the Board of Examiner’s of the ASHA

Occupational Therapist

Occupational Therapist - PRN - $48.50/hr

1st Shift / PRN

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Must have CPR certification
  • Must have working knowledge of EHR  systems

 

Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist – PRN – $51.50/hr

1st Shift / PRN

  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate physical therapy degree or graduate of a World Federation of Physical Therapy-approved physical therapy program; successful completion of a minimum of 30 weeks, fieldwork experience.
  • Successful completion of APTA Certification Examination for Physical Therapist. Current Wisconsin licensure as a physical therapist in good standing.
  • Must have CPR/First Aid certifications or become certified in first 6 months of employment.

  • David Piseli

    David Piseli has worn many hats over the years, most recently donning a skull cap as he prepares the delicious desserts served in Taylor’s. David began his career at Saint John’s in 1987 in the Maintenance department. From there he moved on to hold positions in our Home Health Agency, first manning the reception desk and then working in Human Resources. He later applied his skills at the one and only Tower reception desk, before returning to Maintenance.
