Nursing Staff


CNA – Skilled Care – PT

.5 -.8 on 1st, 2nd or 3rd Shift

Must have WI Nursing Assistant Certification; and at least 1 year nursing home CNA experience. Requires a HS Diploma/GED.



LPN – Skilled Nursing – PT

2nd Shift .6-7 FTE

Must have WI LPN License, CPR Certification, and at least 1 year experience in geriatric nursing.



RN Supervisor – Skilled Care

PT -  (.8 Status) 2nd Shift

$8,000 Sign-On Bonus!  Must have WI RN license, CPR Certification and at least 3 years experience in geriatric nursing including supervisory experience.


Support Staff

Cook / Baker

Baker – FT

1st Shift

Requires one year baking experience with demonstrated skill in quality food production & maintaining quality standards and a high school diploma or GED. Training in culinary arts (vocational program apprenticeship or junior college) preferred.


Homemaker / Dining


FT or Internal Pool – 7AM-3PM; or 7AM-6:30PM; or 3-7PM

Requires 1 year experience cooking/serving food in a health care, hotel or other related setting. CBRF certification preferred. Must have a HS Diploma/GED.



Human Resources Intern

PT – Day Shift

Requires HS Diploma/GED. Candidate must be working toward 4-year degree in Human Resources, business, or related field and must be comfortable using Microsoft Office. Previous office experience is preferred. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong detail orientation and a high regard for confidentiality.



IT Customer Support Specialist

FT M-F 1st Shift

Requires HS diploma/GED; Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience. Need general understanding of LAN/WAN concepts and ability to take on-call rotation. Must have excellent customer service skills to interact with both staff and seniors.


Maintenance / Grounds

Journeyman Plumber

FT M-F day shift

$2000 sign-on bonus


  • Licensed Journeyman Plumber with the state of WI
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Have and maintain a valid WI Driver’s License
  • 2 years of experience in a service oriented trade


Maintenance /Security Technician

FT 3rd Shift

Requires 1 year of experience in a service oriented trade or position; and ability to provide basic maintenance and security services. Must have and maintain a valid WI Driver’s License;  basic computer skills; and HS Diploma or GED.



Executive Assistant

Full-time M-F
1st shift

  • 5 years high-level professional clerical experience.
  • Above average organizational, math and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Must be resourceful, dependable and polite, demonstrate sound judgement and problem solving skills, be honest, genuine and exhibit a warm, cheerful, caring manner.
  • Ability to adapt to changing organizational needs and work flexible hours to meet scheduling requirements.


Server & Wait Staff

Taylor's Wait Staff

Internal Pool - 5-9 PM Fridays & Weekends

Requires 1 year of server experience, preferably in fine dining; ability to be flexible with schedule to accommodate various events. Must be 18 years or older and have a HS Diploma/GED.


Server – Bistro

PT and Internal Pool – 11AM-7:30PM, 7AM-3:30PM

Requires 6 months of server and cooking experience. Must be 18 years old or older, able to work day and evening shifts and have a HS Diploma/GED.



CDL Bus Driver

Internal Pool (Approx. 15 Hrs/Week) Day & Evening Shifts

Must have at least 1 year of licensed passenger bus driving experience; Valid WI Commercial Driver’s License with passenger endorsement; and have a HS Diploma/GED. Must be able and willing to work irregular hours as scheduled including split shifts and evening hours.
