MILWAUKEE, WI (June 20, 2012) – At a recent Board of Directors meeting, Saint_John's On The Lake, located at 1840 N. Prospect Avenue on Milwaukee’s east side, approved the promotion of Donna Spars to Vice President. Ms. Spars has been employed by Saint_John's for the past 28 years and has served in a variety of roles. Most recently, Donna has been the Director of LifeStreams, Saint_John's cutting edge whole-person wellness program which focuses on the six dimensions of wellness. In this role Ms. Spars leads the staff responsible for providing the over 300 residents of Saint_John's with opportunities in emotional, intellectual, occupational, physical, social and spiritual wellness. According to Spars, “LifeStreams gives our residents an opportunity to explore how they want to grow as their needs and interests change. A key component of LifeStreams is identifying any barriers residents have to achieving wellness in all the dimensions of their lives and helping them remove those barriers.” Saint_John's President, Renee Anderson, commented: “Donna embodies Saint_John's mission and consistently demonstrates her commitment to our Person First philosophy. She has been, and will continue to be, an extremely valuable asset to Saint_John's. I look forward to the guidance and counsel she will provide me in her new role as Vice President.”
