A2P – Award-winning College Course
Beginning in 2015 Aged to Perfection (A2P), a multi-award-winning undergraduate college course, has been imbedded on the Saint John’s campus. The course, developed by Rachelle Alioto, then Director of Education and Programming at the Center for Aging and Translational Research at UW-Milwaukee, was carefully designed, based on research and input from older adults, to encourage students to choose careers working with older adults by understanding successful aging and experiencing it firsthand. We anticipate the continuation of the class with a new community partner.
