Q: Is there a fee for participation in the Symposium?

A: No. Saint John’s offers the Symposium free of charge.

 

Q: Am I able to attend only select sessions?

A: Yes. You can register for just one, several or all of the sessions until capacity is reached.

 

Q: Is Saint John’s a fully accessible campus?

A: Yes. Assistive devices are available – please let us know what you need.

 

Q: Is there parking available?

A: Yes. See below or download info now.

Parking is limited, please consider rideshare or public transportation. Parking options include:

  • 1800 N. Prospect Saint John’s Visitor Lot – park and then walk to entrance near the Lake
  • Overflow surface lot with entrance off Royall between Prospect Ave and Farwell Ave – walk to entrance at 1840 N. Prospect
  • Street parking –note many spots have two-hour limits
  • Or, have someone drop you off at the 1840 North Prospect Avenue Entrance.

 

Q: Are facemasks required?

 A: Face masks are not required but are encouraged. Please do not attend if you are not feeling well.

 

Q: Is WiFi available?

A: Yes. Access to our guest network will be provided to attendees.

 

Q: What are my options for lunch/snacks?

A: Complimentary lunch is included, please indicate your intent to join us when you register. In addition, our Bistro has grab-and-go food items – Cash or credit cards accepted.

 

Q: Is Saint John’s a smoke-free campus?

A: Yes.
